For over twenty years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults through life’s challenges and the ups and downs of mental health. My approach is simple and collaborative: you bring your lived experience, and I bring clinical expertise — and together we build a plan that truly fits who you are. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and I use detailed Neurocognitive Testing to ensure your care is accurate, personalized, and grounded in real data. I also focus on making treatment easier, whether that means once daily medications, clear explanations, or the convenience of fully online care. My clinical background includes years of supporting adults with emotional, behavioral, and neurodevelopmental needs, as well as extensive inpatient and outpatient psychiatric experience with diverse communities. These experiences shape my trauma informed, culturally responsive, neurodiversity affirming style of care.
